How It Works

Our journey begins with a relaxed Zoom meeting. We'll discuss your wedding vision, go over the first details, confirm your wedding date, and ensure we’re the perfect fit to create your dream ceremony.

We'll meet in person to kick off the legal process. This includes completing the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) and ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and signed.
We’ll begin putting together your story and I'll also answer any questions you have as we begin shaping your ceremony.

Together, we’ll craft a personalised ceremony that tells your unique story. I’ll provide sample scripts, rituals, and readings to inspire you. Need help with vows or selecting music? I’ll guide you every step of the way to ensure every detail feels just right.

A week before your wedding, we’ll rehearse the ceremony at your chosen location. This ensures everyone knows their roles and feels confident. It's also the perfect time to iron out logistics and calm any last-minute nerves.

Your special day is finally here! I’ll arrive early to coordinate with vendors, set up any necessary equipment, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Then, I’ll deliver your beautifully crafted ceremony, leaving you free to enjoy the moment.

I’ll handle the preparation and lodgement of all legal documents, including the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) (to be submitted no later than one month before your wedding), your Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marriage, and your official Marriage Certificate.

What You'll Need to Provide:

• A completed and signed NOIM (I’ll help with this)

• Proof of identity (e.g., passport or birth certificate and drivers licence)

• If applicable, proof of divorce or a spouse’s death certificate (to confirm eligibility to marry)

I’ll lodge your paperwork with Births Deaths and Marriages to officially register your marriage.

Together, we’ll ensure all legalities are covered so your ceremony is seamless and stress-free!
